There are many agency groups recruiting new agents under their group either in whole Malaysia or Sarawak. These agencies include life insurance, unit trust and any agency which involves net-working.

Before you join any one of these groups, below are  some points/criteria  for you to ponder and consider:

1) Some of the prevailing groups are led by rather old-aged uplines or too young persons.

2) The mind set of older uplines tend to think of the olden time and some cannot catch up the trend. They might let you struggle by yourself.

3) Too young leaders are lack of experience and don't know how to tackle problems which they themselves have never faced before.

4) Look for the group which is led by middle-aged leaders or at least people with different age and background. *

5) Look for the group which mainly recruits agents of high quality and personality.

6) Look for the group which conducts regular meetings or training for their agents . *

7) Look for the group which can give proper training/lectures by experienced leaders who are willing to share their knowledge and techniques. *

8) Look for the group whose leaders are mostly full-timers and professional. Full-timers are easy to contact should you need help. *

N.B. The above points are taken from elsewhere and are mainly for your reference only. Whichever group you wish to join is purely at your own choice. However, once you join the undesirable group, it takes you more than 6 months (new ruling: one year) to switch to other group after terminating your agency. So look b4 U leap! Thank you.
